New York Fashion Week, Fall 2016 Ready-to-Wear is coming to a close. Here are some process shots of an illustration I did of a Monique Lhuillier gown from her show earlier in the week.

The Drawing Pad: White Hot 70's - Resort 2016
I don't know what it's like in your neck-o-the woods, but lately the "mitten" has been stuck in thick heavy humidity. Kinda makes a girl feel like she's in the tropics (well...maybe if I'm daydreaming while smelling my coconut soy candle). Can I be for real though? Please?
I broke out my toned tan sketch book and a white pencil to sketch my little tropics-longing heart out. Am I the only one who's seeing a trend here? 1970's much? For the record, I totally dig the 70's for inspiration.
